Seashore Engineering & Contracting W.L.L. (Mechanical Division) is managed by a team of professionals with an average experience of twenty years in the oil and gas and infrastructure industry. Our team has executed a number of prestigious and high-profile projects in Qatar.
Seashore Engineering & Contracting, a part of Qatar’s leading business conglomerate, the Seashore Group. Enduring and highly specializes in Engineering, Procurement &Construction Contracts, carbon Steel/low temperature steel/ alloy steel Fabrication, Painting, Erection and Project Management of turn-key projects for industrial sectors especially Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Infrastructure and Process industries.
We also undertake machining service for mechanical maintenance works for process plants, marine vessels and ports. Our mechanical shop floor spread over an area of 20,000 square meters of which 18000 square meters covered area with a well-equipped facility, Qualified and experienced workforce. We also have an additional uncovered area of 40,000 square meters area for raw material/ semifinished product storage, and assembly.
We have a small, dedicated, highly qualified quality department that ensures the best is sent out of our yard. All our welders are qualified as per AWS D1.1 / ASME IX / BSEN ISO 15614-1. About 47 different Welding Procedures Qualification (PQR) and WPS are in place to cater to a variety of metal fabrication including low temperature (-40deg), Duplex stainless steel, SS316L, CuNi (copper-nickle), Dissimilar materials, etc. Continuous monitoring by CSWIP Qualified welding inspectors and BGAS- CSWIP Grade 2 painting Inspectors ensures that what we deliver are up to international standards.
