We are looking for a pleasant Female Front Desk Executive to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.
Fundamental Requirements:
- Keep front desk clean, tidy & supplied with all necessary supplies
- Greet with courtesy, communicate & welcome guests in professional manner
- Keep the office in order
- Answers all the customers questions & address their complaints to concern department
- Answer telephone calls in an appropriate manner and provide clients queries and redirect to concern division
- Prepare correspondences, reports and memos
- Counter check all the incoming and outgoing emails, fax and ensure all forwarded to the concern divisions.
- Set up and coordinate meetings with other divisions
- Taking dictations, drafting and preparing various agreement and documents
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for the Managing Director
- Provide administrative support to all divisions and managers
- Act as central point of reference for internal and external queries
- Receive documents/letters and distribute to concern department
- Take up other duties as assigned (Travel arrangements, schedule etc)
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
- Knowledge in MS office (excel,word,power point)
- Excellent in Business email
- Knowledge in office machine (fax/printing/telephone)
- Locally available with Transferable visa & NOC
- Filipino national, preferred
